well, the food can be termed as above average though nothing that can be eaten daily. i believe this chain should rely on increasing the customers share of those who are coming in regularly and dish out more variations. the concept is good but not sure about the quality if it can be sustained
the food is more or less same as you would find in other restaurants specializing in north indian cuisine. they could do better by offering more promotional offers and making the restaurant more visible in terms of marketing and branding.
plus, do not expect to be treated a in a pure rustic village setting as the name suggests
