solution: stand in a lengthy queue and make payment, then take the bill to voucher issuing counter, there wait for 15 mins because people at counter are on phone, then the people at counter will decide who will take the responsibility of issuing voucher, then a guy will take a big government office kind of register and make an entry, then that guy will call someone to issue command to print bar code on the vouchers and for your surprise (if you are not already surprised) the voucher will get stuck in the bar code machine..... its all over, now it will take another 15 mins to get the alternate voucher, that is because new voucher means getting approval from higher authorities!!!
when i think of this food world (to some extent applies to other branches too) these are the three things that comes to my mind! now you know what to do ;-)
