I visited Lajawaab with my friends for lunch. We opted for the buffet. Every thing in the menu was excellent. My favorites were the aloo chat, paneer tikka and the fantastic makhni dal. Wonderful food, great taste and good service too. Two thumbs up for this place!!!
One of the first bowling arenas in chennai, Snow Bowling is located bang opposite the Aayakar Bhavan complex in Nungambakkam. There are four lanes, and they also have a decent snack bar serving pop corn and aerated drinks. Though not well maintained, the place is decent enough for a game of bowling with family or friends.
Sathyam Cinemas, one of the oldest cineplexes in Chennai is the leading entertainment complex today in the city. There are lots of things that are best here. Parking, Seating, Crew, Snacks and Beverages, Facilities everything. They also have a free parking area from where you are shuttled to the theatre. Housing 6 screens today, Sathyam is best choice for movie-goers who want to spend a good time with a decent crowd.
Located right opposite TCS on 100 ft road in Vadapalani, Hotel Bhimas serves good vegetarian Andhra food. Their Andhra meals is really good and on a normal weekday afternoon you will find the place crowded with techies nearby IT firms, TCS and HCL. The interiors are decent and the service is good.
