    "world famous mysurpa"
    based in coimbatore, Sri Krishna Sweets opened their store a few years ago in chennai. they are the best in the world for mysurpa. they just melt in your mouth. trays of mysurpa keep getting sold every minute. their other sweets and savories are also very tasty and of very high quality.

    "great book store"
    possibly the oldest book store in chennai. started in the british india time, this bookstore is located on the arterial mount road. two floors full of books of all genres. highly respected and patronized, higginbothams is one of those names which are very closely associated with the old madras. the best thing is that they are still in the same building. it is well maintained and looks great too. one of the best standing buildings in chennai

    this showroom is so vast. three floors of so many things, woodwork, sculptures, curios, furniture, dolls, paintings and everything else. the best thing is the pricing. everything is available for all price slabs. great place!!!
