    located in the new woodlands hotel on radhakrishnan salai, this resturant serves north/south indian and chinese food. their chinese food is pretty bad, but everything else is very tasty. the walls are painted with lord krishna playing with his consorts and are very good. their idli/sambhar is one of the best in chennai

    "very decent food"
    managed by the woodlands group, mathura restaurant in tarapore towers is a very popular vegetarian joint in madras. located in one of the busiest roads of madras, this place is very busy in the afternoons with people flocking from nearby business establishments. the evenings are equally busy with families. book your table well in advance on weekends. their dosa, bisi bela bhath and idli/vadai are very popular.
